Takeaway Food Delivery

Direct Assistance

Clothing

Pants, shirts, sweaters, outerwear, hats, gloves, scarves, socks, shoes and undergarments.

Dental Care

Assistance with making an appointment at SonBridge Dental Clinic for urgent dental care needs.

Employment Barriers

  • Identification Cards
  • Interview and job-related clothing

Household Items

Blankets, linens and sleeping bags. If available, mattresses, chairs, tables and housewares.

Prescriptions, Non-Narcotic

Assistance in obtaining and purchasing non-narcotic perscriptions.

Personal Hygiene Items

Limited by availability, items include:
  • Shampoo / Conditioner
  • Deodorant
  • Soap
  • Toothbrush / Toothpaste / Dental Floss
  • Laundry Detergent
  • Feminine Hygiene Products
  • Brush / Comb / Razor

Utilities

Referral to prevent shut-off of utility services and rental assistance is available primarily through SonBridge.
Graphic Designers

Screening & Referral Vouchers

Screening questions will be asked to assess the needs of the individuals and households in crisis, seeking to maximize the use of non-duplicated community resources.

Clothing

Vouchers to St. Frances Cabrini Charitable Services are available for items not available at SonBridge.

Food Bank

Currently, anyone in need of food may access local pantries WITHOUT a Food Bank Card. Please bring some form of ID.

Furniture &Household Items

Vouchers to St. Frances Cabrini Charitable Services are available for items not available at SonBridge.

Transportation

Currently transportation on Valley Transit is free for those 18 and under.
Rides are free for the general public on Fixed Route, Dial-a-Ride, Deviated Fixed Route, and Connector.
Those 19 and older will still have to pay a fare for Job Access and Vanpool/Rideshare services.
Transportation assistance is available for:
  • Job Interviews
  • Medical Appointments

Referral Services

Dental & Medical Services

Appointment assistance to SonBridge Dental Clinic and SOS Health Services located in the SonBridge facility. Referrals are available to other providers.

Eye Care Assistance

Referrals will be made to eye care providers.

Employment

​Referrals are made to WorkSource for job search and employment resources.
